Great Opportunity for an Experienced Senior Living Director of Operations! 

 

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for meeting company financial targets by supporting assigned communities in achieving their service and business goals in accordance with resident needs, owner expectations, government regulations, and company policies. The Regional Director of Operations must lead by example in demonstrating company Culture through all interactions while ensuring operational standards are met and maintained in a fiscally responsible manner.

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Operations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Makes regular site visits to assigned communities.

2. Inspects physical plant – approves capital expenditures.

3. Sources, interviews, hires, trains and performance manages Executive Directors, and department head staff, when needed.

4. Evaluates resident and employee satisfaction.

5. Monthly reviews community financial performance.

6. Liaison between community management and owners.

7. Reviews and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

8. Performa work as needed.

9. Regular quality assurance checks using the audit tool workbook.

10.New development activities including design, development and opening of new communities, as assigned.

11.Transition communities -coordinate the transition to or from ISL with other disciplines.

Job Requirements

Requirements 

Experience: 

Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Executive Director 

Prefer two (2) to five (5) years experience in a Regional Management position in Senior Living, Nursing, Health or related industries 

Education: 

Bachelors degree in Business or Gerontology or a related field.
