Job Description

We are looking for a proven sales producer who is adept at 'making things happen' trouble shooting and working with other sales directors and our regional sales team - coaching supporting and working with communities in three states. 

This position will require travel and a flexible schedule to provide the support needed. As our Sales Specialist you'll partner with executive directors and regional sales managers to improve occupancy at our communities. You will act as a hands-on person which can include everything from additional coaching & training of teams to working as a DSM when it is needed to grow occupancy. This position will involve travel each week.

This position could be located in Dallas or Chicago

Job Requirements

  • Must love working with seniors!
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales & marketing role
  • Previous experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work-related situations
